    SHIPPING:

    Free Shipping - Orders over $75 (USA): Please allow 1-2 business days for these orders to be processed.  Once these orders are processed, they will be shipped by USPS and delivered within 4-5 business days.  Shipping times DO NOT include the day the order was placed.  There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.

    International Shipping: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the package to reach the country of destination.  Shipping times DO NOT include the day the order was placed.  The shipment then has to go through customs clearances. The speed of clearing customs will vary depending on the country.  Alternative shipping options are available if you need the item faster than the standard shipping time.  International shipping fees will vary.  Duty and tax fees are NOT included in the cost of the purchase.  Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon the arrival of the package.

    Undeliverable PackagesIf the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS or UPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred.  A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address within the US.  For international orders a flat rate of $20.00 will be charged.

     

    EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:

    We offer free EXCHANGES and free returns FOR STORE CREDIT on all products that are in new and resellable condition within 35 days of delivery. For returns to ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHODS, there is a restocking fee of $7.95.

    • Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product(s) are unused, unworn, and in new condition.
    • DO NOT use, workout in, or chalk any BKX gear.  Sizing is approximate and oftentimes a personal preference, so keep in mind that you cannot return the product(s) after they have been used.
    • Item(s) must be returned in their original clear product packaging/boxes.
    • We reserve the right to deny any exchanges and returns that DO NOT meet our return policy requirements.  Additional postage fees will be required for the package to be returned to you.
    • Exchanges and returns outside of the 35 days of delivery are responsible for the return postage.  Return labels are unable to be generated past the 35 day return window.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days AFTER your package is received for your return or exchange to be processed.  An email confirmation will be sent along with progress updates.  Returned funds back to the original payment method may take up to 3-5 business days after your return has been processed to appear in your account.
